Eligibility
Available to UAlbany faculty, staff, researchers, research groups, departments, and research support staff developing proposals or initiatives that may require ITS technology, services, or support.
Requestor Responsibilities

Submit the request as early as possible before the proposal deadline

Identify the proposal lead and other contacts who should participate in the review

Provide the solicitation, sponsor requirements, and relevant draft materials

Describe the outcome the proposal is intended to support

Identify the expected users, collaborators, technology, data, and services

Explain the role ITS would be expected to play if the proposal is funded

Identify known deadlines, risks, constraints, support expectations, and funding assumptions

Respond to follow-up questions and participate in discovery discussions as needed
