Jupyterhub Support Request

Service Description

The JupyterHub Support Request allows researchers to request general assistance with UAlbany’s JupyterHub environment. JupyterHub provides a browser-based interface for working with Jupyter notebooks, code, and research data using UAlbany’s High Performance Computing resources

What’s Included

• General guidance on using JupyterHub

• Assistance with notebooks, kernels, computing profiles, and available environments

• Questions about using JupyterHub with UAlbany’s HPC environment
• Requests related to JupyterHub that are not service problems or new access requests

What’s Not Included

• Problems or errors affecting access to or use of JupyterHub. Use the Report a Problem Using the High Performance Computing Cluster

• New access to JupyterHub or the HPC environment. Use the High Performance Computing Access Request. JupyterHub access is provided through the HPC access process. 

• General HPC assistance unrelated to JupyterHub. Use Other High Performance Computing Support Request.
