Overall, Minerva Chatbot can greatly enhance the student and faculty experience by providing fast, convenient, and reliable access to information or support services related to financial aid or billing, graduation, campus center facilities, advising, classes, transcripts, housing, admission, COVID-19, medical services, etc...

The Minerva chatbot solution is available at no cost to the campuses state-affiliated units. Non-state entities who support the University may adopt the Minerva chatbot but will be expected to cover the annual subscription fee. The subscription fees range, from $8,000 to $10,000, depending on usage, and content scope.
