Service Description
The Report an Incident with Your Workstation service allows employees to quickly notify ITS when something is broken, malfunctioning, or not performing as expected on their university‑issued computer or workstation peripherals. Submitting an incident ensures timely troubleshooting and helps maintain reliable technology across campus.
What’s Included

Reporting hardware issues (computer won’t start, monitor problems, keyboard/mouse failures)

Reporting software malfunctions or error messages

Reporting performance issues (slow computer, freezing, unexpected restarts)

Reporting problems with ITS‑managed peripherals or docking stations
What’s Not Included

Requests to move equipment (handled through the Workstation Equipment Move Request)

Requests for new equipment or upgrades

Issues with personal devices not managed by ITS
Eligibility
All faculty and staff using ITS‑managed workstation equipment.
Requestor Responsibilities
