Service Description
The Shared Workstation Request allows departments to obtain a University‑issued desktop computer intended for use in shared spaces such as reception areas, service counters, student‑facing stations, or other multi‑user environments. ITS prepares, configures, and deploys these workstations to ensure they are secure, reliable, and properly recorded in the University’s equipment inventory.
