Service Description
The Workstation Equipment Pickup/Removal service provides ITS support for collecting University‑issued computers and peripherals that a department no longer needs (for events such as employee departures, equipment surplus, or department reorganizations). The service ensures equipment is securely recovered, processed, and removed from asset inventory in line with University surplus and data‑security requirements.

Requestor Responsibilities

Identify all equipment to be picked up and ensure it is accessible

Confirm that departing employees have returned all assigned devices
