This request may be used for general consultation, research software or instrument-related support questions, research technology inventory review, or help determining the right support path for your research.

Eligibility
Available to UAlbany faculty, staff, researchers, research groups, labs, departments, and research support staff who use or manage research computing equipment.
Requestor Responsibilities
- Describe the question, request, or support need
- Provide the research space building and room number
- Identify the research workstation, device, software, instrument, or workflow involved
- Explain the desired outcome or decision needed
- Include any relevant timeline or urgency
- Be available for follow-up questions or consultation
