SUNY AI Platform Access Request

The SUNY AI Platform Access Request allows eligible members of the UAlbany research community to request access to Google Cloud resources and AI tools provided through the SUNY AI Platform.

Use this request to apply for a new Google Cloud research project, join an existing Google Cloud project, or request general access to GrantAI and Gemini Enterprise, including NotebookLM. Requests are reviewed and managed by SUNY System Administration.

What's Included

• Researcher Access: Request Google Cloud resources for a new research project.
• Collaborator Access: Request access to an existing Google Cloud project.
• General Access: Request access to GrantAI or Gemini Enterprise, including NotebookLM, when Google Cloud project resources are not needed.

What’s Not Included

• Guaranteed approval, funding, licenses, or Google Cloud resources.
• Technical assistance for a problem with an existing account, project, or platform tool. Use Report an Incident with the SUNY AI Platform.
• General questions about services, eligibility, access options, or requirements. Use Other SUNY AI Platform Support Request.

Eligibility

Individuals affiliated with UAlbany who meet the eligibility requirements established by SUNY System Administration. Access, project approval, and resource allocation are determined by SUNY.

Requestor Responsibilities

• Select the access type that best matches your needs: Researcher, Collaborator, or General Access.
• Provide accurate contact, campus, project, and access information requested by SUNY.
• Follow the applicable SUNY requirements and acceptable use, data use, and project conditions.
