The Other SUNY AI Platform Support Request service allows current and prospective users to submit general questions about the SUNY AI Platform, its available tools, access options, or requirements.

Use this request when you need guidance or information and are not reporting something that is broken or requesting access.

What’s Included

• Questions about the SUNY AI Platform and its available tools.
• Questions about access options, eligibility, requirements, or the appropriate request path.
• General guidance about GrantAI, Gemini Enterprise, NotebookLM, or Google Cloud research resources available through the platform.

What’s Not Included

• Requests for platform or project access. Use the SUNY AI Platform Access Request.
• Technical assistance for a problem with an existing account, project, or platform tool. Use Report an Incident with the SUNY AI Platform.
• Support for UAlbany’s AI Supercomputer, High Performance Computing cluster, Empire AI, or another separately operated research-computing service.

Current or prospective SUNY AI Platform users affiliated with UAlbany.

Requestor Responsibilities

• Clearly describe your question and the information you need.
• Identify the platform tool, access option, or requirement involved, when known.
• Do not include passwords, access tokens, private keys, or other credentials in the request.
